Herrikonekt brings together useful information about your town in one app: businesses, events, news, obituaries, pharmacies, transport and a residents' community with a forum and chat. Most of the app can be used without an account.

Some information (opening hours, news, on-duty pharmacies, transport, obituaries) comes from public or third-party sources. We do our best to keep it up to date, but we do not guarantee it is always accurate or complete: for anything important, check with the source.

• You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
• The information you give us must be truthful. You are responsible for what is done with your account and for keeping your password safe.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Profile → Edit profile → Delete account.

The forum, comments, suggested places, ratings, candles on obituaries and chat are content published by users. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post or send:

• Insults, harassment, threats or intimidation towards anyone.
• Content that incites hatred or discriminates on grounds of origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or any other condition.
• Sexually explicit or violent content, or content that endangers minors.
• Other people's personal data without their permission.
• False or misleading information, impersonation or scams.
• Spam, unauthorised advertising or content that infringes third-party rights (intellectual property, image, reputation).
• Any illegal content or content promoting illegal activities.

You are responsible for the content you publish. You give us a free, non-exclusive permission to display it within the app while it remains published.

• You can report any thread, reply, comment, message, place, business or conversation from within the app, and also a specific user from the ⋯ menu next to their name.
• You can block any user from that same menu or from the chat: they will no longer be able to message you and you will stop seeing their posts, replies and comments. You can unblock them at any time.
• We review reports and act within 24 hours at the latest: we remove content that breaks these rules and, depending on severity, suspend or delete the account of whoever posted it.
• We may also remove content or suspend accounts on our own initiative when they breach these terms or the law.

• If you register or claim a business, you declare that you own it or are authorised to manage it. We may ask you to prove it.
• You are responsible for keeping the listing information (opening hours, prices, menu, offers) truthful and up to date.
• A single account can own up to 4 businesses.
• Offers and ads are reviewed before publication and we may reject those that breach these terms.

Some services for businesses are paid: offers and ads (one-off payment for 1, 7 or 30 days), the featured listing and the digital menu (monthly or yearly subscriptions). The price is shown in the app before you buy.

• Payment is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) with your device account, and their terms also apply.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel them at least 24 hours before, in your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
• Refunds are requested from Apple or Google under their policies.
• Offers are reviewed before payment; if rejected, you are not charged.
• Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions: cancel them first from your device.

You must not use the app for illegal purposes, try to access our systems or other people's accounts without permission, scrape data automatically or interfere with the operation of the service.

The app, the website, the Herrikonekt brand and its design belong to us or are used under licence. These terms do not grant you any rights over them beyond normal use of the app.

We provide the service as is and may change it, suspend it temporarily for maintenance or remove features. We are not liable for content published by users or for third-party information, although we will remove it once we become aware that it is unlawful. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.

If we change these terms, we will update the date above and, if the change is significant, we will let you know in the app. If you keep using the service afterwards, you are deemed to accept the new version.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction over any dispute.
