Do I need to create an account?
No. You can browse shops, the agenda, news, pharmacies and everything else without registering. An account is only needed to join the forum, save favourites or manage a shop.
Is my town on Herrikonekt?
All 251 municipalities of Euskadi are there. When you open the app you pick yours using your location or by searching for the name or the postcode, and you can change it whenever you want.
Which languages is the app in?
Basque, Spanish and English. You can change the language at any time.
What can I do in the forum?
In The Square you see everything published in your municipality, and in Following, the threads you have pinned. You can ask, sell or buy, share a ride, reply, give a bost to what you like and write to the author privately.
I have a shop, how do I show up?
If your business already appears, claim it from its profile by sending a document that proves ownership (ID card, tax number, self-employment registration or an invoice, for example). If it doesn't appear, you can register it from the app.
How can I promote my shop?
From the app you can create ads that appear in the home and forum carousels, and feature your shop so it shows up among the highlights of your municipality. You can also post job offers in the forum.
